Check-In
Please get to the Airport in good time before departure. As a rule, one hour in advance is enough; for some flights, however, you need to be at the airport two hours in advance. Please follow the instructions given by your travel agent or airline.
At your check-in counter, give the airline staff your ticket and passport. You will receive:
- your boarding card with your seat number
- baggage slips for all items of baggage you have checked in, and
- further details about your flight.
Check-in machines
Some airlines also offer automatic check-in at check-in machines. To use this service you must be holding a valid ticket for the flight with a magnetic strip (an ATB ticket) or an electronic ticket (e-tix). Passengers holding an e-tix will also require a credit card or a frequent flyer card.
Insert your ATB ticket (Automated Ticketing and Boarding) or credit card/frequent flyer card (e-tix) in the machine and follow the instructions given.
