Ground Handling Services

The Ground Handling business division manages all cross-board processes for the ground handling business services segments. These services include, for example, the loading and unloading of aircraft; cabin cleaning; pushbacks and passenger handling.

Ground Handling is responsible in particular for the marketing of these services.

As previously, operative ground handling services are carried out by the subsidiary companies GroundSTARS, CATS, STARS and AHS Hamburg. These subsidiaries are attached to Ground Handling but remain legally independent companies.
